It's well-known that automation in business is a preferred approach to achieving an increase in production. The new implementation for automation in the key area of productivity is implemented, and the area of correction for expenditures is implemented, there seems to be no new concerns to address. What about the area of employees? As with any employer, retaining an employee is the key goal to decreasing turnover. After reviewing the employee concerns, there is a high correlation affecting well-being. As an employer some creative ideas are to decrease stress in the workplace, improve communication, and encourage work-life balance.
